Privacy Policy
WoWS AI ("we," "us," or "our") is developing a platform for trading research, journaling, performance analytics, and related member tools. This draft explains categories of information the service may process. Actual practices must match the deployed product.
Information we may process
- Account data: email address, account identifier, and profile display name managed through authentication.
- Member content: journal entries, recorded trades, signals, experiment specifications, and preferences you choose to save.
- Technical data: basic diagnostic, security, and operational information generated by hosting or service providers, depending on their settings.
- Support content: information you include when contacting support. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, broker credentials, or API secrets.
How information may be used
To operate accounts and requested features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not claim that every planned capability is currently active.
Storage, service providers & sharing
WoWS AI currently uses third-party infrastructure, including Supabase for account and member data and Cloudflare Pages for website hosting. Their involvement and applicable terms should be confirmed before public launch. We do not sell personal information as a feature of this product. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or to vendors acting to provide the service.
Cookies & local storage choices
The website may use essential browser storage for functionality and remember your privacy choice and display preferences. The current privacy banner records your choice on this browser. This implementation does not currently configure an optional advertising or analytics cookie category. A consent banner by itself does not guarantee compliance; update this section if technologies or vendors change.
Retention, security & your choices
We intend to retain information only as needed for legitimate service purposes and applicable requirements. No online service can promise perfect security. Depending on applicable law and available tools, you may request access, correction, or deletion of account information through the support route. Identity verification may be needed.
Children & policy updates
The service is not designed for children. This policy draft may be updated as the product and legal review mature.
Contact
Use the Support Center for now. A verified company contact address should be added before launch.
Terms of Use
1. Service status
WoWS AI is an evolving platform. Features may be experimental, unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Journal statistics may rely on user-entered information and are not broker-verified unless expressly stated.
2. Not investment advice
WoWS AI provides tools and educational/research information, not individualized investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing guarantees future results. You are responsible for decisions and must independently evaluate risks.
3. Trading risk
Trading financial products can result in substantial losses, including losses exceeding initial deposits for some instruments and account arrangements. Past results and simulated performance do not assure future outcomes. Simulations may not reflect liquidity, slippage, fees, financing, execution delays, or market impact.
4. Accounts & acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit secrets into support messages.
5. No execution promise
Preferences or interface controls do not mean a trading bot or broker connection is active. Automated execution, if introduced, will require separate disclosures, explicit authorization, tested controls, and applicable agreements.
6. Availability, liability & changes
The platform is provided as available, subject to applicable law. Any warranties, liability limitations, dispute procedures, governing law, termination rights, and commercial terms require specific legal review and completion before this document becomes binding terms.
7. Contact
Use the Support Center. Official company details should be inserted before launch.
